Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — we deliver to every UK address, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched via tracked courier so you always know when to expect your dress. We recommend choosing a delivery date 1–2 days before your event.

How long is the dress hire period?

Our standard UK dress hire period is 4 or 8 days. Select your delivery date and return date at checkout. A prepaid tracked-courier return label is included in every order — simply drop it off at your nearest collection point when done.

What if the dress doesn't fit?

We offer a Backup Size option at checkout, letting you add a second size of the same dress for a small fee. If neither fits, contact us within 24 hours of UK delivery and we'll issue a credit note for your dress hire (minus postage).

Do I need to dry clean the dress before returning?

Not at all. Professional eco-friendly dry cleaning is included with every hire. Enjoy your event, pop the dress in the prepaid return satchel, and drop it at any UK collection point. We handle everything from there.

What happens if I accidentally damage the dress?

We understand that minor wear happens at events. Minor stains or small repairs are covered under our standard hire agreement. For significant damage, you may be liable for a repair or replacement charge. We always handle these situations fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
